our plans

IT and security, costed clearly and run as one service.

We bring IT and security under one accountable team, on a plan you can read on a single line. Three packages, priced per user per month, so the cost scales with your firm rather than with a quote you cannot follow.

Each plan builds on the one before it. Start where your firm is today, and move up when your obligations call for it, not before.

Every plan includes

  • One accountable team for IT and security, never two separate conversations
  • A quarterly strategic IT roadmap and regular reporting
  • Plain per-user billing with no jargon and no onboarding fee
  • 90-day money-back guarantee on Novix-delivered services
  • Delivered by a Cyber Essentials Plus certified, Microsoft Solutions Partner

What every plan includes beyond the features

The numbers on this page are what an average small business client would expect to pay. Your own figure depends on which services you need and how your firm works, which we confirm before anything is signed. Whichever plan you are on, the same commitments apply.

  • A quarterly strategic IT roadmap. Your IT needs a plan for the future, so each quarter we review what is working and what is not and set out our recommendations to keep your firm productive and secure.
  • Regular reporting, as often as you want to review it, so the state of your IT and security is never a mystery.
  • Access to people who know cyber security, Microsoft 365, automation and AI, treated as one conversation rather than handed between teams.
  • One accountable team. We refuse to inherit chaos and maintain it, so when we take a firm on we document what exists and bring it to a standard we will put our name against.

What the monthly fee does not cover

We would rather be plain about the edges of the service than surprise you later. The following sit outside the monthly plan and are quoted and agreed before any work starts.

  • Non-standard support requests, including out-of-hours or emergency work and assistance for systems not covered by your plan.
  • Hardware and consumables. Devices, networking equipment, peripherals and office consumables are supplied and charged separately.
  • Project-based and specialist work, such as major migrations or infrastructure overhauls, third-party software licensing, and bespoke development or automation.
  • Training or consultancy beyond the day-to-day support and guidance in your plan, such as large workshops or extended consultancy.

Pricing without the small print

We think managed IT costs should not be a secret, which is why the figures are on the page rather than behind a form. Three things hold true on every plan.

  • No onboarding fees. We invest the time to get you set up properly because we are in this for the long term.
  • A 90-day money-back guarantee on Novix-delivered services. If you are not happy with our work in the first 90 days, you can ask for a refund of those fees.
  • Simple billing. Your monthly invoice is written in plain language, not lines of jargon.
faq

Questions firms ask about our plans

Every plan is priced per user, per month: Launch at £40, Build at £50 and Scale at £60. You pay for the people who use the service, the figure is the same every month, and the invoice is written in plain language. The prices here are the standard rate for an average small business; the right plan and any project work depend on your firm's situation, which we confirm before you commit.

Launch suits a firm that wants its IT and core security managed properly by one team. Build adds the human risk and incident response layer that most regulated firms need, which is why it is the plan most firms choose. Scale adds fractional CIO or CTO leadership, Cyber Essentials monitoring and a 24/7 Security Operations Centre for firms that need that level of governance. We will tell you plainly which one fits.

No. We do not charge an onboarding fee. We would rather invest the time it takes to set your firm up properly and earn a long-term relationship than start it with a bill. Onboarding covers documenting what you have, bringing the configuration up to our standard and getting your team onto the service.

If you are not happy with the service Novix delivers within the first 90 days, you can ask for a refund of the Novix-delivered service fees. The guarantee covers our own work, not third-party costs such as software licences, hardware or subscriptions, which we pay out to suppliers on your behalf.

The monthly fee covers day-to-day support and the managed services in your plan. It does not include hardware and consumables, large project work such as major migrations or infrastructure overhauls, third-party software licences, or out-of-hours and emergency work for systems outside your agreement. Anything outside the plan is quoted and agreed before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
