Who Scale is for

Scale suits a wealth management or accountancy firm that needs technology represented at leadership level, compliance evidenced on an ongoing basis, and security operations that do not stop at the end of the working day. These are firms where the questions from clients, auditors and regulators are continuous, and where the answer needs to be a standing capability rather than a project run once a year.

It is the most comprehensive of the three plans, and not every firm needs it. We will be honest about that. Where Build already covers what your firm has to evidence, we will say so rather than move you up. Where your obligations genuinely call for leadership, continuous compliance monitoring and a 24/7 Security Operations Centre, Scale provides them under the same accountable team that already runs your IT and security as one service.

Scale includes the full Build plan: the entire Launch baseline of managed IT, network, security, backup and Microsoft 365, plus dark web monitoring, a password manager, phishing simulations and training, incident response planning, vulnerability scanning and intrusion detection and response. What Scale adds

On top of the Build plan, Scale adds the leadership, compliance and security operations layer.

Most firms are well served by the Build plan, which covers managed IT, core security and the human risk and incident response layer. Firms earlier in their journey start on the Launch plan. What the monthly fee does not cover

Hardware and consumables, large project work such as major migrations, third-party software licences, and out-of-hours work for systems outside your agreement sit outside the plan. Anything beyond it is quoted and agreed before we start.
